He is recognized as an industry expert and has over 20 years of FinTech experience with companies such as Charles Schwab, Morningstar, and New York Life Investments.
Most recently, Larry founded, built, and exited Totum Risk, a leading risk tolerance platform for the financial industry, to TIFIN. Prior to Totum, Larry built SmartVision by eVestment, which was later acquired by Nasdaq. He also led the sales team at eMoney prior to their acquisition by Fidelity.

Nicholas is a successful serial entrepreneur and marketing expert who thrives on building
partnerships and driving growth in technology-enabled products within the financial services
landscape. He was a partner and CMO at factorE, a fintech platform providing risk analytics and
proposal generation to Financial Advisors and Asset Managers. factorE was acquired by iCapital
Network in 2020.
Prior to factorE. Nicholas was a co-founder and CRO of Succession Link, the industry's leading
marketplace for connecting financial professionals with opportunities to buy, sell, or merge -
and access to a unique compatibility score technology. Succession Link surpassed 44,000 users before being acquired in 2018.
Shea Werner

Shea is a seasoned fin-tech and financial services sales professional.
After spending several years at OppenheimerFunds on their distribution
team he jumped into the world of Fintech at Personal Capital, a startup RIA. He spent time working as an independent financial advisor.
Recently he helped TIFIN, a fintech startup, grow their revenue and sales before joining Presults.
George Sazandrishvili
Partner, CTO
George is a partner and CTO at Presults, where he's involved in every aspect of product development and planning. Prior to Presults, George was leading large software projects in the blockchain and ML industries. George developed and monetized his first commercial software when he was 12 years old, and has continued his pursuit of building quality products and companies ever since.
Prior to Presults, George was a co-founder at AlgorX, a startup specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a primary focus on conversational Artificial Intelligence in the context of customer management, sales, and online fraud prevention.

Bryan is the director of client services at Presults, where he advises clients on how to utilize the Presults solution to best fit their needs. Bryan also leads the QA and customer support teams at Presults.

Sol oversees the product and business development operations, where his experience in building high-performance teams has contributed to Presults being able to continously improve on the product and expand its reach throughout the RIA/BD industries.
Tina Bhatia

Tina is the VP of sales at Presults, where she focuses on client acquisition and partnerships. Tina has extensive experience in FinTech, payment, legal, and related fields, which helps her bridge the regulation technology and wealth management industries.
Tina plans and oversees the sales and engagement process, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for Presults and our clients. You'll see her mark during your onboarding process, which we aim to make as easy as possible.
Brandon Klerk

Brandon is the founder of Halyard Compliance, a leading provider of regulatory compliance consulting services in the financial services industry. Brandon is a former Chief Compliance Officer and FINRA regulator, and has a broad regulatory compliance background on both the street and regulatory sides of the industry.
Mr. Klerk has a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Central Michigan University, a professional certification in Financial Planning from Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the FINRA Institute at The Wharton School as well as the Securities Industry Institute® (SII) at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has also passed numerous regulatory examinations and maintains various industry designations, including the CRCP®, CFE® and CAMS®.
Uzi Rosha, CCO

Uzi has extensive experience with Investment Advisers, Private Equity, Broker Dealers, and the investment banking industry.
He is an experienced Investment Advisers Act attorney and holds a number of FINRA Securities Licenses.
Uzi has built compliance programs from the ground up, and has often worked
with regulators, including the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA and international
regulators.
Uzi has a wealth of practical and educational experience. He was a
member of the NFA Business Conduct Committee.
Andrew J. Evans

Andrew is Executive Vice President of TAG Advisors and a Securities Principal of Cambridge Investment Research. Andrew’s primary roles include field development and supervision. He has a leading role in recruiting and assisting advisors successfully transition their businesses to TAG. He is also an active advisor, giving him perspective on the challenges and opportunities of advisors.
Prior to TAG Advisors and Cambridge, Andrew served in various roles with Waddell & Reed, Raymond James & Associates, Merrill Lynch, and Charles Schwab & Co. Andrew is on the Technology Council for Cambridge and actively participates in industry technology events.
